Love these gloves

Love these gloves. I have Twins and Fairtex gloves and while I love the padding on those, these Everlast leather gloves fit way better (more snug). These 14oz are great for sparring and pad work but heavy bag takes a toil on the hands. Need to wrap up knuckles.

Not good gloves...

I almost always buy Everlast gloves - I train regularly and the $50 powerlock pair usually gives out on me in about 3 months... As a result I tried to go with the more expensive pair hoping they would hold up longer, but unfortunately I had to return them immediately after just one use. Even when getting the 16 oz gloves, they are so small that they were cutting the circulation off my hands... This is just awful design - I'm 6'2" and my hands aren't THAT big - I have never once had this problem with any other pair of gloves (unless you have tiny hands maybe?)

Excellent gloves

These are the best gloves I've owned so far. The 16oz actually feel lighter than my previous less expensive 16oz Everlast gloves for some reason. The Velcro is industrial strength. My previous gloves the Velcro would come lose during training sometimes- I can't see this happening to these gloves as it wraps almost completely around the glove. They do take some getting used to as opposed to other gloves I've worn. I don't use wraps because I'm training by myself and it's annoying so I use lightweight wrist guards under the gloves both to save your fingers and your wrists! works great!

Useless buy

I purchased everlast powerlock 14 ounces and i received 12 ounces, they are too small so they cant be used for sparring. I live in argentina so i cant return this useless gloves
