The odd shape limits how many/what size pills can be stored.

I already have two XL pill boxes (am and pm) for most of the many medications and supplements I take, but needed a smaller one for a new medication to be taken in mid-afternoon. This looked like a good choice until I tried putting the capsules in, 2 into each compartment. They did not fit because of the odd shape of the compartments, so I ended up having to buy another pill holder with square or rectangular compartments. Waste of time and money for me, yet I hope the charity I gave this one to will find someone who can use this.

Perfectly what I expected!

I wanted a very small pill organizer I can put in my pocket so I remember to take them after breakfast. It is a little more difficult to open then expected, but still reasonable for daily use.
