time. I have only used it once so far, but it made the job much faster and unassubly easierI use this for packing mason jar food and it fits perfectly. Light enough to be comfortable, easy to wash and use and yet sturdy enough and easy enough to get to the sides of the bottle to make it perfect for me.. I will be using this for a long time

Well designed

The shape if prefect to crush vegetables for fermenting, you can can pound the vegetables or roll it in a circular fashion as in a vortex and the edge will be crushing the plants to release the juice. It is made from good quality stainless steel so the brine (so far) has not corroded it.

Great saukraut tool.

So much better than the wooden one I had. Doesn't stain, pick up odour. Works well in pounding the cabbage and packing down the cabbage into the jar. Highly recommend it.
