Wonderful Casual Light

We needed a casual but interesting-looking hanging light in a small room with lots of windows. This light fit the bill perfectly once I made a quick modification. The color of the wood was too gray for the room's existing colors, which tend toward tan. So I simply applied a coat of alabaster paint to each section, immediately wiping the wet paint off, to make the color closer to what we needed. Took less than 30 minutes to do, and the rest, assembly and hanging, went very well. Light looks very good, adding just the right amount of visual interest without detracting from the incoming sunlight. I gave it a 4 rating only because I changed the color.

Great rustic Farmhouse light fixture.

I am using this light above my farmhouse dining room table. It is exactly what I wanted. It's not too big it's not too small and of course you can adjust the height. There seems to be just the right amount of light as it has multiple light bulbs. The only issue that I had with it is when it came the female portion of the attachment that attaches the piece that holds the light bulbs to the actual Chandelier was stripped out completely. This would have meant that the light had to be shipped back and a new one shipped to me. Since the electrician was there I had him go ahead and install what I had and I super delete that piece to hold it together. Not optimal and at some point it may come Crashing Down. Don't know how a brand new lamp can possibly be stripped before it's ever been put together. As long as you don't have that same issue with the stripped part it's a beautiful light fixture.
