Great for car trips

I’ve only taken this bag on a car trip. It holds a lot. I packed for a week trip for me & my cat - for her that includes food/dishes/toy/scratching cardboard/water fountain. All my clothes & toiletries & her stuff (except for the litter) fit in the bag. The litter would have fit, but I wouldn’t have been able to lift the bag. The ability to only have to make two trips from the car to the hotel really was priceless. The best part are the side compartments - they are roomy enough for dinner-sized paper plates. It makes it really easy to find things without having to unpack the whole bag. The only extra thing I would like is if those side pockets had 2way zippers for when the are overstuffed. The one thing I didn’t like it that even with the heavy stuff on the bottom, I couldn’t get it to stand up.

This was perfect !

Needed a bag that was light, sturdy and could pack slot of stiff. This bag was perfect. I used it for a bike ride across New York so over 7 days it was packed put on a truck and moved to our next location. It was easy to identify and held up to the constantly be moved from location to loacation.

Overall a great bag, but missing a couple key things

Overall, its made well and very sturdy. But due to the size, you want to fill it full, but when you do, things in side might shift and then it doesn't roll well and wants to flip. I use it for equipment, so it could just be the things I'm putting in there shift easier than if you're using it for clothing. And, they really should have a handle on the bottom as there's nothing to grab it by when trying to lift a heavy full bag into a trunk or somewhere. Love the side pockets, plenty big and color accurate - just wish it was a little more stable and had a handle!

WHAT THE......???

I have to say with the other reviews saying this isn’t a sturdy bag..,they’re absolutely wrong!! I’ve taken this duffel bag on several trips even to mammoth with all my gear and this bag took quite an awful beating of being thrown and pulled and the straps surprisingly took it. I washed it down and it looks exactly like I bought it....BRAND NEW...lol!! Just didn’t believe my eyes. Idk if the company listened to all the reviews and changed the whole makeup of the bag or I’m just one of the lucky ones that got the best one made? I pulled this bag through countless rough terrains, gravel, snow, ice, mud and the wheels held on and spins like a brand new skateboard wheels. This is just my take on my experience with this bag and it hasn’t let me down so far. I think it’s nearly a year since i purchased it (despite the negative reviews) and took a chance. And I’m sure glad I bought it!!

Great quality

Great quality at a great price! My son loves it for traveling back and forth to and from college in Hawaii. Holds up very well. Large size with great storage.

Cheap Construction

Would have returned it if I hadn't thrown away the box. The seams aren't sewn together so it's already falling apart on arrival. I tried packing it for a trip and it kept flopping on its side and landing on the ground. Will use it for a duffel bag to store things in my car trunk but for air travel, it has too many problems.

Not worth the price

I have had the bag now for only 3 months. In only 4 business trips with the bag, it's showing that this bag just will not stand up to normal use. First incident with the bag was the loss of one of the zipper tags on the main opening to the bag. The zipper tags are quite long and they have a bit of a curve to them. One might first think this is a good thing but it really isn't. All air line handlers place the bag down with wheels up on the baggage conveyor, which puts the main zipper in contact with the conveyor belting. On just the second trip with the bag, it came back to me with one of the main zipper tags totally missing. The next failure occured with the wheel skid and wheel holder. With only 35 lbs in the bag and only about 1/2 the volume full with work clothes, one of the wheel housings busted out on the side of the wheel. This provides no support for the wheel and the bag now drags on the skid because the wheel pushed up into the bag area. This is almost making the bag useless as a wheeled duffel bag. It has no carrying strap so there is almost no way to sholder carry the bag either. It's not like the bag has been overloaded or anything either. Hence in only 4 uses of the bag it's basically reaching the end of it's useful life. Something else that other should know about the bag. The handle straps come down to be only suppored by a square patch inside the bag. It's not like the handles are tied into a full support band going under the bag. A full support band will resist handle breakaway when the bag is lifted by only one strap when the velcro hand closure releases. In 4 trip I have had the velcro hand closer undone by air line handling and hence the potential of a handle pull out. Thank god I didn't have a full bag on that trip when it occurred. With these failures in such a short time period, I can not find any real value in the price nor the usefulness of the bag. Its really getting to be a waste of money. I can not recommend the bag to worthy travellers. My previous bag which this replaced cost about the same price and it lasted for well over 10 years with hundreds of trips under it's handles.

The wheels broke during the first trip

I purchased this suitcase last summer for an upcoming fall trip. I was visiting 4 countries each of which included multiple cities. Half way in the trip, the plastic coating on one of the wheels broke. The luggage wasn't overweight nor was it mishandled. It's just a poor quality construction.

Nice bag...a good purchase.

Good bag for the price. Have only used it on one trip so far with no issues or concerns. Spacious and practical. Having the pockets on the sides seems to provide more useable space than other bags I've had where the pockets are on the ends. The only small issue I had was when it first arrived a plastic piece on the bottom of the bag was loose as a rivet was missing. Amazon was all over it and rushed a new one out to me the next day and the replacement is perfect.

Great quality and huge!

We bought this rolling bag for our daughter's camps. The wheels, bracing and telescopic handle are all very durable. It is an absolutely huge bag & easily fit her sleeping bag, pillow, and all of her clothes & amenities. Several large zipped pockets on the outside too for additional easy-access items, like books, shoes, etc.
