Missing parts

Windguard works. Keeps my kids from touching fire. Only thing is that the rubber feet that were supposed to come with aren't in the package. Reached out to company for missing parts but never got them. (Worried about metal brackets scraping fire pit top.)

Glass cracked upon first use.

I don't like that the glass cracked during the first use and the manufacturer acted like they would send a replacement but did not for 60 days. So, I returned it here.

Cracked

Two of the glass panels cracked within 3 minutes of having the fire on. Super easy to assemble but that's pointless if it doesn't withstand heat.

I did not get the correct contents. No bottom brackets all top brackets

Incorrect contents, all top brackets. I did not get my 5 bottom brackets

Great Product - Great Price

The wind screen works perfectly and is significantly less than buying at retail. The quality is good and the brackets hold the glass securely. Well packaged and easy to assemble. Some of the brackets were missing but customer service replaced them quickly.

The rubber pads were missing from the glass joint connectors

Some parts were missing , the rubber pads for the bottom connectors were not included
