Works great

Wow, they work great! I was surprised because I didn’t pay much for them so I didn’t expect them to be as good as they are. But It cut right through everything I was doing yesterday. And I cut some thick branches too. I did branches in the whole backyard and front yard tree too with no problems. It cuts nice and easy and smooth. Definitely was a good purchase.

Works Well with Small Branches and Bushes

I bought these to trim my trees and bushes. Haven't had an issue with them. Just make sure you're being sensible with what you're trying to cut through. Something SUPER THICK, these can't help with. But they help get things looking pretty by getting rid of all the extra twigs and limbs precisely.

Amazing tool!!

This tool is very durable!! I love the ease of extending. It's easy to use, not too heavy. I have successfully used this to prune my fruit trees, as well as, trimming back blackberry plants that invade my lawn space.

purchased because of the name

the reason why I didn't give any stars for durability, time will tell me that. other than I purchased it because of the name as it is well respected. I am 77 and not sure if I will be around to able to fill out that star area of Durability many years down the road. Hopefully, I am still here around 90. However I don't think I will be able to answer that question, my memory will be shot.

Sharp and Useful

I have been annoyed buy the over grown trees in the backyard of our new home since we purchased it the middle of the winter and bought these based on other reviews now that the spring has arrived and I can more easily access the trees. I was so happy that arrived today that I braved the down pour to get a start on cleaning up the landscaping. They did not let me down. They are extremely sharp on arrival and make easy work of unruly tree branches. The handles are wide enough apart so that one doesn't have to worry about jamming your fingers. The handle is plenty long and getting good leverage in order to make an easy cut is not an issue. I spent a few hours using these and even in the rain didn't experience any issues with binding up. With how heavy duty they are I have no worries about longevity either.
