Disc tumbler cam lock- 1-3/8 cylinder length the FJM Security tumbler cam lock has a 1-3/8 cylinder length and can accommodate material thickness up to 1-1/8 thick. The 1-1/4 cam can be installed at the 12,3,6 and 9 o'clock positions with a 90 degree turn. The stop cam is reversible so that the lock key can either be turned to the right or left to open. The cylinder diameter is standard at 3/4. the small cam lock is constructed of Zinc alloy and has a Black finish. The hex nut, cam, screw and keys are all steel with chrome plating. Secure keyway the disc tumbler cam lock is keyed different; each lock takes a different key. It is also non-key retaining- the key can be removed in the locked and unlocked positions. Great for thicker cabinets, 1/2” +

This cabinet lock is great and as good as any name brand. Only thing it really lacked is a beauty ring to help cover the hole drilled to install.

I just open my box today and I see that two of the locks are missing the flat part :(

I like the product is good and everything but I should check it right after it came one component it missing :) other than that it’s really nice and easy install :)

Decent quality but light duty

Easy way to add security to a cabinet door or drawer..Had some trouble getting the nut tight enough for my liking but ended up fine. Black finish is nice, blended in with oil rubbed bronze hardware fine.

Why ask sheerness? That’s an odd thing to ask! The locks work as intended, could have used slightly longer shafts but I made do with that I had. Also wished they were keyed the same

The only way they could have been better is if they had been available in an antique ...

During a recent move we managed to lose the keys to a gun cabinet. A local locksmith wanted about $60 to come out and re-key the locks. A little bit of research indicated I could replace the original locks for about a quarter of that price. A search on the cylinder size and the keywords "keyed alike" (so both locks would operate with a single key) turned up these locks. The locks appear to be well-built. They both operated smoothly with all of the provided keys without any lubrication. They were simple to install in the original holes in the cabinet and worked perfectly right off the bat. The only way they could have been better is if they had been available in an antique bronze finish to match the originals, but the black still looks good with the cabinet and its hardware.
