If you return in original condition you still DO NOT RECEIVE A FULL REFUND!!!

Ordered this item and it came in with some delay. It was new and unworn. However, it was too small and I returned it without even being able to try it on. Could not fit my foot through the opening. I returned everything in an original condition and original packaging. However, my refund money was $20 less than what I payed for. No explanation provided. Will never purchase any shoes from this company again!!!!!!!
