FOOT MASTER engineers design and manufacture heavy duty casters with the rugged capability and brute strength required for the tough tasks associated with heavy industry. The GF Series possesses a steel frame precisely welded for maximum strength. It is then zinc plated for maximum protection, extending performance life and durability. GF-150-BSF-MCD-FRN is rated at 1000 kg with an overall height of 190 mm. It is mounted using a 4-1/2" x 6-1/4" forged steel top plate with a (2-7/16" to 3-3/8") x (5"to 5-1/4") SLOTTED bolt hole pattern using 4 bolts and nuts (NOT INCLUDED). The swivel section contains 2 sets of ball bearings for easy maneuverability. Bearing raceway seats made from hardened steel maintain tight tolerances, as scouring can cause deviation and performance degradation over time. Moving is easy thanks to a 150 mm diameter wheel mated with an axle shaft made of cold forged steel. The 2 wheel bearings empower smooth movement as massive load forces transfer weight for movement. The steel top brake system allows users to position the application in a desired location and use a convenient foot pedal to make it stationary. When it is time to move again, simply release the brake to restore the freedom of mobility.
