Cute Gimmick, Lacks Sturdy Neck
Clever costume, and fairly good value for the price you pay. (Let's be honest... a sub-$100 costume with full fur, etc...? That's pretty good relative to most costumes.) Do be advised that it doesn't come with the hat or shirt. That's technically indicated in the description, but some people have complained about that. Overall, it's of good construction and it's a hilarious design. The downside is definitely the neck's lack of rigidity. For shipping and packaging, it'd obvious nice that the neck can crumple up easily. However, it makes it pretty difficult to manage while in use. We ended leaving the reigns around our neck to keep the neck & head up.

Good fun
Fits well and looks good. With a little practice control of the head with provided reins can be fun. A few tweaks. Legs are flat but hollow so can be fluffed up with something inside to make them look more realistic. Wear a shirt that is loose over the top to cover the area where you sit in the body.

Neck can't hold up head
The head is too heavy for the neck connection, so it is droopy. As for the fit, it work well for someone 5'7" and 190 pounds

Good quality costume - worst thing is that the ostrich's head is kind of a pain to constantly hold up, but I guess that's unavoidable and to be expected.

Not worth the money
Doesn't come with the hat or shirt...the head is twice the size than in the picture. The neck was hardly rigid, making it difficult to manage.

How to fix the neck
For the sagging neck issue. We pulled all the stuffing out of the neck and put a 12" diameter piece of pvc pipe in it. Then we restuffed the neck accordingly and sewed the hole in the inside body of the costume. Perfect and easy cheap fix.

Disappointed
There's a bendable rod inside the neck but it doesn't hold the neck up, so the whole thing just hangs down unless you keep both your hands on the reins the whole time you're wearing the costume. For the cost, I expected the head to stay up on its own. It would otherwise be a great costume but it is a little bulky.
