I like Foster Grant reading glasses
I have a cheaper sit of reading glasses but I can feel that cheapness in their construction.

Exactly as described
I ordered a set (2). These are the same Foster's I get from my local Rite Aid, but they seem to be out of stock most of the time. They match the ones I'm currently wearing. Only 4 stars because when you buy these in the store they come with a gray soft cloth case. The one's I received came in a ziplock bag w/no case, Oh well. Good thing I saved those cases from before...... For those who shop only American made products, tag on bag said "Made in China".

Not nearly the same quality as previous Foster Grant "Hugo" glasses I bought
I previously bought similarly styled/featured Foster Grant men's reading glasses with the model name "Hugo" on two occasions for $12 - $17; both were solid, "pay for what you get" bona fide reading glasses, with a high quality feel, better-than-drugstore feel. THESE ARE NOT. The optical quality of these "Boston" glasses seems perfectly OK - but the frames are WAY lighter, thinner, have less "heft", and seem comparatively flimsy and cheap - not *terrible* mind you - just cheap by COMPARISON. But since they're selling for $20 apiece, it's a big disappointment. Look at the old "Hugo" photos (still available, though the glasses themselves aren't) and you'll see. These aren't $20 glasses IMO.

Consistency and quality, look nice and are comfortable to wear.
I am a firm believer that on your 40th birthday Foster Grant should just send you a pair of reading glasses! I have been blessed with good eye sight, then I turned 40 and over the next year noticed I was getting headaches when reading and needing to move the book in closer. A friend mentioned it was probably time for reading glasses. So, off to the eye doctor I went. She also said I just needed some reading glasses and let me know what strength to get. She also suggested the Foster Grant brand for consistency and quality. I have a few other pairs with cute colors I wear at work but I was looking for something a little bigger to keep next to my bed for reading at night. These work well and fit a bit looser but do not slip down my nose. As always, the quality is great and I am sure these will not be my last pair.

Nice Design
The earpieces hold well without being tight, and the molded-in nosepieces aren't going to lose screws and fall apart like so many magnifiers. After buying one pair of Foster Grants, I specifically looked for them on Amazon, and will not go back to less robust frames. The magnification seems to be as advertised, and the lenses are clear without distortion.
