Comfortable Great fit

Problem with these boots. Very disappointed.

I have only had these boots a few months and the heels are falling apart. The heels are rubber, and I guess painted black, and the black peels off each time I wear them. I've never had any problem before with Franco Sarto boots and I am very disappointed. Every time I go anywhere pieces of the heel begin to drag and fall off:( It is a shame that these boots are not good at all--and I wasted so much money on them.
