Great quality - product dimensions are off
This is a beautiful grid, but it didn't work for me. The grid I need isn't made anymore. I had hopes this one would work. But the product dimensions in the description were off. It says that the Franke Manor House MK31-36C-RH is 16 x 13 x 2 inches. The actual dimensions are about 17 x 13.5 x 2. I tried to fit it in my Franke GNX11018 - and it would have maybe fit if the dimensions were right. However, the corners aren't rounded enough anyway. I have to return. I wish I could find a smaller grid that looks like this.

Very Useful--but melts with heat!
Functional, sturdy, does exactly what it is supposed to do. HOWEVER, you cannot put a hot pot or pan down on top of this sink grid, as the plastic that encases the grid will melt and split and then collect debris and mold. Maybe you are thinking "when would I ever do that?" but you will find that it is often if you cook or bake. Who hasn't flung a sizzling pan into the sink to soak or cool? I wish the exact same object existed without a plastic coating, but could not locate one as sturdy or pleasing.
