Comfortable light shoe. Slippery sole.

This is a VERY light shoe. More like a bedroom slipper. Made of stretchy material, the shoe is comfortable and cool. They don't have 1/2 sizes, so I got a 10 instead of 9-1/2, so this shoe is too large. I should have gotten a 9 if I'd known it was so stretchy. If in doubt, go smaller when you order. The sole is very slippery, even on my house floor. More slippery than walking in my socks, so I'd be careful wearing this on a boat or any wet surface unless it's concrete. I think that defeats the purpose, but this sole is slick, just so you know. The sole is also very thin, so you feel every little bump on the ground. That's probably OK for the intended use because you'll need your toes to grip the surface you're walking on!

Comfortable and breathable

I used these shoes on our boat today and I am thoroughly impressed. They hug my feet in all the right places, I’ve had no rubbing, and they have a well contoured insole. The only improvement I can recommend is to have a much more stiff back so you can slide your foot in easier. Excellent pair of shoes for the water.
