it's warm
I use the product as a PJ top in the winter months, warm and cozy. The item arrived on time and well packaged and is the size ordered.

Used to be 74/26 Cotton/Poly but is now 65% Polyester/35% Cotton--web description is wrong.
Used to be good and was my staple over the years when it was 74% Cotton/26% Polyester--it was comfortable and breathed well, wicked moisture and cheap--a good value. About two years ago, FOL discontinued the Navy color, so I bought a black one. I did not notice the switch of fabric when I bought it--assumed it would be the same and did not read the label. I also bought a couple of grey ones as spares. Upon wearing, I noted the new ones stretched more and attracted more static. Upon washing, the new ones immediately piled, with little balls all over. Then I noticed it did not breathe as well either. I went back to the stores (Walmart) to check--they were all the same. Then on Amazon, I noted that on this item, if a size is not selected, the shirt is presented (described) as 74% Cotton/26% Polyester, per the old fabric composition; however, if a size is selected, the description changes to 60% Cotton/40% Polyester. But the shirt received is imprinted with a label of 65% Polyester/35% Cotton, see picture, just like the ones sold in the stores; there is a paper SKU tag that says Style FOL Cotton Thermal Henley--the packaging is just a clear bag, not typical printed FOL retail packaging. This is a big change in the fabric, almost a reversal, from 74% Cotton to 65% Polyester--this is not a cotton shirt, but a polyester one. It was a good shirt previously but no more. I don't know why they would make such a drastic change. It now piles terribly, is static prone and not as breathable. Disappointed. Will have to look for another brand.

Very nice under garment
I ordered two initially with the intention of getting more if they were nice enough. Definitely planning to reorder. They appear soft prior to washing so I assume their softness will only improve with wear. I need something under hoodies to weather my kids sporting events during Fall and Spring. These are brass tax thermals that will keep the chill off with layers. I like them and can’t beat the price. I expect to get one season of regular wear out of these. Satisfied with that given the price.

Better fit than last year, but noticably thinner material.
I like the waffle fabric of this type of long underwear because I think it does a better job of trapping the air next to your skin. Last year the fit of the pants was all wrong. I have no rear end to speak of, but they were giving me a constant wedgie. This time the cut was right, but the cloth is noticeably thinner. It is frustrating that you cannot depend upon the same quality of the same product from year to year.

midweight thermal waffle henly
I purchased these for my husband in a nursing home. The 3 buttons will make it easy to dress him and the thermal knit will keep him warm.

Dad likes it
My dad likes these shirts. His only complaint is the weave pattern. He prefers the smooth ones. Warmth is good. We are headed into the winter for NY and it gets cold some nights, he likes to wear these to sleep. They’re very comfortable. I would recommend you get a size L if you’re 175-190lbs and 5’6/5’8

Fits small. Heckin small.
Fits small and very tight, it’s clearly meant to be a base layer. I ordered one size up even and when I was putting it on I thought there’s no way I’m getting into this. It stretched out and now that I’m in it, it’s comfortable and lightweight.

Great waffle when you don't need super warm shirt.
The size is dead on. Plus it will stretch if you're into that. It's a great waffle shirt when you don't need something super warm but you just need something slightly warm. I wear this in the fall and spring under a shirt when I don't want to wear a jacket. It's fantastic for 14-15C wearing under a short sleeved shirt. I will buy another. A +

Crap
This is awful quality first of all. And secondly, did I order a dress? It is so damn long, despite me being over 6ft. It passed my bum despite the photo stating a different length. Rubbish.

A Thermal Shirt – And It Is A Thermal Shirt!
I’ve said it’s moderately large, a XXXL. I think I’ve lost some weight being laid up for 2.5 months so it could be a correct fit. Anyway, it’s wash with NO fabric conditioner like you find on waterproof garments and hyper absorbent cloths and towels. That nearly caught me out. I’ve worn it once (today) and it’s the first day in a while I haven’t had chattering teeth. I was actually warm! With the top button unfastened. I’d wear this as a first/second layer or on its own with a pair of jeans it could easily pass for a casual shirt, thermal or otherwise. The stitching appears good and the ribbed cuffs resumed their size despite being hauled up my forearms. Not many long sleeved garments have passed that test. There isn’t a hem around the bottom of the shirt which surprised me but the shirt is cleanly finished off. There are no stray threads etc. I didn’t notice it until I wore it today and I haven’t checked if I’ve a dud or it’s how that’s how it’s meant to be finished. I’ve had more “thermal” garments in my life than I care to recall but I can count on two hands those that have lived up to the claim. I now need a third hand ????. It works for me (today) and I’d say I was a good 5° warmer than yesterday. So I think I’ll get a few more once this one has had a thorough testing. On a motorcycle for a few hours in this weather should see if it was a fluke or the real thing. If this review hasn’t changed in a month then I will have bought some more. And it’s a reasonable price. Good shirt.
