Great size bed!

I docked a star because I have arthritis and this literally hurt me multiple times trying to assemble it. I wish there were more colors and it REALLY needs rubber non-skid feet! She loves to run and jump onto it and it slides 3feet on the hard floor every time… o_0 Easy fix with rubber caps on the feet. Great doggy bed tho.

Sizing a mystery. Damaged during shipping. Okay product

I bought the size small for a 17 pound mini toy Golden Doodle. I took my best guess on size as best I could based on other reviews. My pup is small, and just a little bit lanky. You see her and you think small dog. Some people mistake her for a poodle. The size small is too small. But my dog generally curls up instead of spreading out, so I'm going with it. If your dog likes to stretch out, take that into consideration when ordering and go larger. Wish the item description itself have more information on sizing for breeds. Wouldn't have to list every breed, keep a few common ones to give us an idea. I need this dog cot now or I would exchange it. Mine arrived in the product box with no additional box or packing. Box was pretty beat up on arrival. One of the metal tubes got really dented. Sort of collapsed in on itself for about 6 inches of the length of the tube. But the cot still seems to work, so I'm letting that slide too. Overall construction is good. I recommend the product. But item description really needs more info on sizing. I ordered a dog crate. For each size they gave an example of a familiar dog breed that fit each crate, and it helped considerably. This dog cot is easy to assemble. Good quality. Very poor shipping. Sizing a mess.

It's ok for the $, for a 4 lb dog-bought extra small

It took more than 5 min to assemble. The instructions were decent, but it requires cognitive skills to execute. 10 mo. old Puppy was afraid of it. I put him on it and gave belly rubs to make him feel safe. Couple of days later, he jumps on to play with toys and chew stuff. He won't nap on it, so it must not be comfortable (I didn't buy cushion because he chewed through so many nice $$$$ ones-that's why I bought this, for a day bed outside his sleeping pen). He now goes on top of his (Amazon) soft crate to nap, as it has a mesh panel that's very forgiving, so probably more comfy, but not good for his back etc. He sleeps in the crate, on a flat mat. For our use, I recommend it. Some of the cots are way too $ and no reason to believe they are better.

Our senior puppy loves it !

Easy to clean and clean around. It seems to help our senior puppy's arthritis as well as eliminates the need for constantly washing & replacing bedding just to give her a soft place to lay. We purchased a second for "her room" as well as the living room so she can be close to us in the evening.

I can't get my dog to sit still long enough to get a picture of her on it . So here is the welcome doggy lol. Its very sturdy. Love it. Was a bit hard to put together. I ordered it from the used bin and it was missing bolts. But I found some that were close enough to make it work. And here we are! This is the large. My dog is 40lbs. So its pretty big. Wanted something for her to be able to lay outside when its cold or raining. Cause otherwise she isn't doing it lol..

I never give 5 stars.

I don't believe any product is perfect so a 4 star is my usual highest review. But Furhaven's customer service deserves the extra star. Unfortunately when my package arrived it was missing the hardware, which was obviously frustrating as I bought this combo of the cot and the bed to give my 8 year old shepherd some relief on his hips. I contacted Furhaven directly and within 5 minutes they had the hardware pack on the way. We got it put together and my boy is just loving it. The kids love it too ????

Hammock bed for my GSD

Got the package on time, Opened it up and started assembling, then stopped. Read the instructions and started assembling correctly. First two screws went in no problem. Third screw went in with a little struggle. Last screw was a bastard. Could not do it by myself, no I’m not weak. Daughter came home (19 years old). She lined up the bar with the screw and I pulled on the perpendicular bar with all I had till she got the screw in far enough for me to let go and tighten all up. My GSD weighs 95 lbs and gets up on it without hesitation. He loves it. Worked hard to get it together but it was worth it.

Le gustó a mi pit

Mi perra pitbull pesa 25 kilos. Compré esta cama porque tiene problemas en sus articulaciones y siempre estoy buscando que no esté en el suelo duro. Compré la chica porque era lo mismo que medía su cama anterior, pero en este caso no contemplé que el margen no es alcolchonado, más bien está el tubo duro en toda la orilla y hubiera sido mejor darle más margen, le pusimos mientras tanto su tapete favorito y ya con eso no se siente el tubo y está feliz. Pros: Las patas le duelen menos, tiene ambas patas operadas. Es fácil de lavar, se apesta menos y puedo barrer fácil el área en donde está. Contras: Nos costó trabajito armarla. No tiene ciencia pero hay que aplicar maña y fuerza para que entre la última pieza.

Ni tan machine washable

Primera lavada y se le calló el cierre, una correita y se abrió de un lado levemente. La verdad, nada que unas puntadas no corrijan pero me pregunto que quedará después de la 2da, 3ra lavada ????. Por otro lado, me gustó mucho porque puedo meter dentro relleno y a mi perra le gustó mucho, nótese la cara de chiqueada. Aquí hace frío, así que necesitaba algo que fuera bien con su nueva cama, que por cierto ama y le ayuda muchísimo con sus articulaciones.

Buena opción

Fácil armado. Recibes los que compras. Únicamente tardó mas de lo previsto ya que la publicación decia que habia piezas disponibles pero no fue hasta que termino el tiempo prometido de entrega que se me avisó que habia retrasos por no tener existencias, por lo que se duplicó el tiemoo de entrega.

impossible to assemble

I bought this for my cats, and i was never able to assemble it. The first 3 screws are easy to put in, but the 4th can't be put in because the hole just don't line up with the metal bar. I tried different combination of ''A'' and ''B'' bars, it almost worked but it was still a few milimetres short. I tried forcing it, nope. All it did was make me sweat and make my hands hurt loll. On the positive side, it did look like it would be sturdy enough for my 2 cats.
