Scratches/Cracks

The cups look nice, the durability is good too, if you wanna toss them around for whatever reason like juggling there good. Thickness is not that great, with enough force they could crack. Anyway, for the main reason. Once they arrived they came out already slightly scratched/damaged. They were singularly wrapped in plastic stacked inside each other. So I’m unsure how the scratches got onto the cups.
