Overall very good, but not quite perfect for me

I like deep cargo pockets for a very large phone and misc junk. Finding good cargo pants that aren't baggy/ugly and yet have useful pockets isn't easy. These cargo pockets are more than adequate for daily use, and probably for work. They are almost too large in that they drop slightly closer to my knee than feels entirely comfortable and are quite wide and deep. Maybe 1 inch shorter and 1 inch narrower would be better for me? The width of the pocket is so large that my large phone tends to slip sideways. Not a big deal. The pocket size is probably great for people with lots of tools to carry around. It seems very easy to get stuff in and out of the pocket due to the depth(?) of the pocket. Also, the flap pockets only have one snap centered. That might make for easier access, but I'm not sure if the flap will curl up over time. I've had that problem with other cargo pants. The zippered pocket on the left is quite large too and may be very handy. Finding cargo pants with a useful zippered pocket plus useful flap pockets isn't easy. If I had the option maybe moving that to the right side would have been better. I could do with slightly less taper in the legs. It's not 100% comfortable for me, but maybe I'll get used to it. They fit as described. However, they are on the verge of being too tapered/snug for my comfort. The fabric feels nice and light yet probably tough. I'm not sure how it will break in, but not particularly soft (a little stiff) out of the package. I suspect that only about 5% of buyers would actually find the loop and the bottom/front of the legs useful. Expensive!
