Great for people with back issues!

I started getting into yoga as I have chronic back injuries from car accidents. I find most yoga mats are too thin for my liking. This one received some of the highest consistent ratings and I am glad I chose this mat. This mat is super easy to roll up and transport. The thickness is the right amount and I'll never get another yoga mat without a carrying strap. Highly recommended!

Fabulous mat

I am new to yoga so I have nothing to base this on, other than it's thick and cushy, grips well, and is nice and long with a convenient velcro carry strap. I'm giving it 5 stars despite the fact that the first one I ordered came with 2 gashes in the rubber; I hopped online to start a return/replacement and was given a month to return the defective item. Within 3 days the new mat was at my doorstep, this one in perfect condition. Every company has defective items from time to time; it's not the defects that matter, it's how the company handles it. They were extremely quick to fix the mistake, and for that I give them 5 stars for service and standing behind their product. I'm anxious to start using this wonderful mat for yoga and pilates.

Excellent purchase!

Well worth the price: nice size and extremely comfortable for someone my age, especially with my arthritis. Some odor upon unwrapping but gone after airing it out in the garage overnight.

Nice

I have been doing mat Pilates at home since the beginning of the pandemic and I was finding that the yoga mats I have were not really thick enough for me to comfortably do a lot of the exercises on. I bought this and it has been great. It's a good fitness so it no longer hurts my points when I am on them for extended time. The mat stays in place well and it long enough and wide enough for all the exercises I have been doing. It does stretch a bit when I am doing some inversions, but it's easy enough for me to adjust while doing. I'll take the occasional personal adjustment over pain.

Thick!! Yoga instructor loved it.

My partner is a yoga practitioner and former instructor and I bought this for her as a gift. She loved it as it was much thicker than the mat she was using. The color was very rich as well.

Finally using

This was a gift for my girlfriend. She finally started using it after we got everything settled at our new house. I've only been home to see her use it a couple of times and it seems to be working out great.

if u are using it for high intensity stuff don't get it. but just stretching and sitting it would be perfect since its so soft and squishy.

El olor es muy molesto

El mat es grueso y de buen tamaño, pero huele muy mal y el olor simplemente no se va. Ya lo he ventilado, y limpiado, pero el olor sigue y es demasiado molesto. Me arrepiento de haberlo comprado; no lo puedo usar ni llevar a mis clases de yoga por lo mucho que apesta.

para yoga no lo recomiendo, si esta muy grueso pero se resbala muchísimo, la calidad está regular. para ejercicios tipo fitness está regular también, por ejemplo te resvalas al hacer mountain climbers, planks, etc.. pero para hacer press de pecho esta bien.

Quería una mat que fuera gruesa para estar más cómoda pero no me gusta que haga mucho ruido, rechina. Ahora tal vez tenga que comprar una toalla de yoga para ponerla encima. Lo probé con calcetines anti deslizantes y sí mejora. Las correas quedan bien pero no te lo puedes colgar sólo sirve para sujetarse.
