Run SMALL. Very basic for under dresses or PJs
These are fine. Very basic shorts. They run really, really small. For comparison, my daughter (11) wears a L or XL in Cat and Jack from Target. These XL shorts were way too small even before washing. We didn't even try them on from the looks of it - they compare to a Medium at Target. FYI. I might try to order a size up as they are very practical for under-dresses or over gymnastics leotards. I would NOT wear these as going out shorts.
