Limited reach

Mirro is held on by a magnet that is not strong enough to hold on when bumped and can easily be lost behind an object you're trying to look behind. Concept is great as you only need one hand to hold the mirror and light together. Extension reach is limited and could/should be longer. Item works as needed but not what I expected.

General Tools 91560 LED Lighted 22-inch Telescoping Magnetic Pick Up with Large Rectangular Inspection Mirror Attachment When I got this magnetic inspection tool, I was pleased with it. Seemed like just what I needed for a number of different odd jobs. I should have paid more attention to the May 30, 2016 review by Ray C. It was obvious that the mirror was too easy to knock off. Since you are using the tool to see in places you can't reach, the chances are that the mirror will fall off in a really inconvenient place. I figured I could surely find a way to tighten it up, even if I had to tape it in place. Then the second time I used it, the flexible part broke off where it connects to the extension wand. I wasn't even doing anything rough, just trying to look inside a wall cavity for running a coax cable. It just snapped off when I bent the flexible part to where I needed it. I wasn't even applying any significant pressure. Pretty pathetic for a cheap tool, much less one that I paid this much for. Don't waste your time or money on this one.

Great tool for diabetic foot self-inspection!

One of our family members who has diabetic neuropathy and who has no sensation in his feet needs to be able to inspect the bottom of his feet every day. Its a very hard area to get a good look at! This tool was perfect! Having the light is very useful because it makes it easy for him to easily see exactly how his feet are doing.

Terrible product

Item arrived in a broken oackgethat looks like it had been sitting for 10 years. It was filthy when I opened it. Even on of the batteries was so corroded that it was split in 2. Waste of money!
