Best Buy all around :-)
This soap dispenser is great and includes installation hardware (screws and optional adhesive mounting strips) and includes "keys" to open it. The keys give the option it either keep it easily open permanently, or to keep it locked in between each refilling/cleaning. It's super easy to use and to fill. I just filled it with regular softsoap brand hand soap, and it works just fine, although it can also work with foaming hand soap. Maintenance is easy as well, and just requires rinsing out the soap container from time to time to make sure it doesn't get clogged if it's not used frequently. If needed, I would definitely buy this brand again, it's a great deal and works perfectly!

Worth Every Penny
Worked perfect. Love the idea of not having to buy proprietary cartridges, and simply refill. I considered many more expensive options, and I'm glad I didn't. Quality is good, and prices are low. 5-star!

I'm very pleased with this purchase
Thank goodness this doesn't leak. I was so afraid it would leak because the price is so reasonable. It's being held on my wall with the stickum that came with it and has held up perfectly since I bought it a few months ago. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

DO NOT BUY: Missing parts!
The dispenser is missing the hardware. Both of the dispensers were supposed to come with screws & key. They are useless without the hardware to install or key to keep it locked. There is no seller info to get the missing parts. EXTREMELY disappointed!

Refillable bottle cap broke
I like these dispensers as I bought three. The problem is the cheap cap on the refillable bottle. One of them already broke and leaks. Also with thinner soaps the dispenser leaks. I am not sure I can buy a replacement inner bottle but I'm looking into it.
