Great fit

I got them for my husband, he works at construction and he loved them. He said they are a great fit, the sole is no too hard but is just perfect. It does not hurt when walking

Great looking, comfortable boots

As one reviewer mentioned. I got a cut on the toe cap of one of these only minutes after putting them on, so I doubt these could be considered heavy duty work boots. They do look great and after a protective coat of my homemade dubbin leather conditioner, then a coat of Sno-seal later, i think they'll be waterproof. I ordered these a half-size smaller than I normally would and the length was fine. Needed to use shoe stretchers in them for 24-48 hrs. but now they feel very comfortable and can be worn all day with the foot part not hurting at all. (Still getting used to the height of these boots and still getting some discomfort above the ankle area, that I hope I'll get used to). EDIT: 1/12/15 - Well after trying to feel comfortable wearing these great looking boots, (and developing a blister on the side of each big toe). I've decided they've got to go back. I'm not even certain what size would work for me, but it certainly isn't 9.5W. I'll wait till next time they go on sale before possibly trying my regular size, 10D. Or maybe just try another style, as these do seem to give my feet a lot of fatigue after wearing just a few hours.

Soles are very weak

Soles of boot are very weak. After 4 months of intermittent farm work both soles have large cracks all the way through to the foot bed, also shank seems very weak, moves around in the boot.

Not Meant For Real Work

I owned these boots 4 months and wear them daily. They are very comfortable but they just didn't hold up. It's a good thing they have a warranty because I just had to replace them already. They mat be great for casual wear, but they are not work boots. The cracks in the soles were so had my feet would get wet standing in mud. I gave them one star because they just didn't hold up.
