It does what it's supposed to do but a pain to connect

Like many other brands, this requires a proprietary app to get things going and I had to wrestle with it for a good 20 minutes before it finally connected with the web. Once connected, it works seamlessly with Alexa. For some reason my house had 4 different switches to turn on various patio lights, now each has a smart dimmer and they are now easy to control as a group.

Great switch

Great smart switch that has two switched in one and is smart. Before this one I had the Lutron which costs double the price of this. Only thing is lights kind of flicker when dimming

Works as an LED light dimmer switch

After much looking around and not finding many(if any) options, we bought this as a stand alone LED dimmer switch. I do agree that the included instructions are a bit vague-ish, and I don't know about the App or WiFi side of things, but this switch does exactly what we wanted it to do. The wiring diagrams are clear as need be. Dimensionally it is thicker and deeper than a normal switch assembly, so tucking wires can be a challenge. As of right now if I needed another LED dimmer switch, I would order this again.

When dimming or both lights on, the lights would either blink from time to time or flikering. Trying to find an alternative.

this switch is a great idea to have

Installation is very complicated, requested product came in at first broken. i was not able to connect online. however have 2 controllers in one is an excellent idea. Technically, instruction ask to download gosound app, which is useless. Coincidently, i have discovered on my own that smart lite works with it. And finally i was able to get it online. I can only imagine the journey of the people that follow closely the installation instructions provided by producer. Good luck with that. At the end of the day, switch works, will see for how long.

The media could not be loaded. I love the versatility and design. The switches enabled us to control our bathroom lights perfectly. BUT it started acting up after 6 months. I need some help trying to troubleshoot the switches now!
