Great for Holidays & Automation...
These are a great addition to our holiday decorating year round. We installed them in the fixtures in the front of the house and set them to pastel colors for Easter; green for St. Patricks Day; red, white, and blue on 4th of July or other patriotic days; purple and orange for Halloween; then various other colors for Christmas, and so on. Using the automation in the app, they can be colored for a few hours, then at a set time they're moved back to full white for security overnight. I use them inside for the kids during birthday parties, such as Nerf gun wars to give each room a different color, and more. We use them on the back deck to to give a dim red color so that we can see, but we're not blinded when someone does turn on the lights at night. Overall, the ways that these bulbs can be used goes on and on. They're great to have and we're always getting a complement on them. Obviously, I've purchased this brand several times over the past 4 years and so far I've only had one minor failure and that's one bulb won't go white again. It still does the other colors, but not white.

Awesome lights
I can control each light through Alexa, can group them and they slowly dim if you want. Using them for my home theater to turn off the lights when the movie is about to begin: “Alexa, It’s Movie Time!” and the lights go down :) The best part: you can program what you want them to do on start-up. Meaning, you can still use your wall switch to turn them on like regular lights! Few downsides: The music mode isn’t that great but ok when turning the volume up. Sometimes one bulb doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do - just tell Alexa again. Would buy again.

Very nice. Requires wifi. App is a bit finicky.
The bulbs are nice and the color variety is lovely. I think the app was a bit of a hassle though because it gave me a really hard time when I tried to pair all 3 bulbs together to control them at the same time. I ended up having to remove them and re-sync them a couple times to make it work. Also, just incase you missed it like I did, THESE REQUIRE WIFI. My router was too far away for these to work at first so I had to move it closer to the room I needed them in.

The app used to control the lights is full of bloatware. There is so much that it really hinders the initial process of setting up the lights, which is really annoying. Once you do get through all of that and actually start using them, they are really cool. I couldn’t find a way to sync the lights together so I had to guesstimate the color I wanted them per light. (EDIT: I figured out how to group lights, which will let you synch colors if wanted. Before I was just assigning them to rooms. Groups has mad it so much easier) I really do like them, it just shouldn’t have been such a hassle to get them setup. (EDIT: there is no way, currently, to create a custom color scheme and have the lights or app remember it.) So any time you change your light to bright white from say a custom blue you made. You just lost that custom blue and have to reset it. This applies to any custom color.

Bulbs will only work on 2.4 ghz if you want to control them with your voice or phone
One bulb of 6 didn't connect to the internet, but I was reimbursed for that bulb. Easy to connect and use

Very nice bulbs - Will definitely buy again!
I am extremely happy with these bulbs. The bulbs are easy to setup and have a nice range of colors. For those who want to use a voice assistant to turn lights on/off by voice it works well. I just needed a bulb that had a natural yellowish glow like an incandescent bulb because I really do not like bulbs with a bluish hue. These bulbs have a very natural color and can look exactly like incandescent bulbs. The second thing I like is the ability to dim them to any level. This is great for my bedroom and office. After setting the proper brightness I may never use the smart features again. Now I just use the light switch like a good old fashioned light bulb. They work great and I would highly recommend them.

Good however…
Keep in mind they don’t bring a pure white color so if that’s important to you then keep in mind, the most white color is a little bit yellowish

Good product
Great product and easy to use. Would give 5 stars but they occasionally show they aren't connected and I have to to reset them by turning light switch on and off. Not a major problem just slightly annoying
