Great lid

I love this thing. Great for cooking, versatile so i don't need to dirty a bunch of lids, super heat resistant. My only gripe is i never know where to put it when I'm cooking and need to get in and stir or check the food. It still gets kinda hot and it's pretty big, i just don't have a lot of space for it.

Too Floppy to be Good

Well, I thought this would work to replace old, dented aluminum lid. Alas, it just isn’t rigid enough to not “flex” into what you’re cooking. Que sera.
