Very warm but not water proof
These are good quality but not water proof at all. I purchased them for cold weather motorcycle rides, the first rain I got in soaked them all the way through. It took three days to dry them out.

Super warm, excellant ski mittens.
I bought these because my husband was having cold hands skiing with his ski gloves and he decided to try mittens. I compared a lot of other brands and these seem to be what would fit him best. He absolutely loves them and loves all the features that they have including the wrist trap which he didn't think he would like but loves because he can take off his gloves to adjust his ski poles or answer his phone without losing his gloves in the snow. We highly recommend these!

Emergency Kit Stuff
Very warm! Put it in my cars emergency kit. Hope I never have to use them! LOL.

Not as warm as expected.
If you are looking for warmth in a mitten you may want to look elsewhere. Rather than return these I decided to keep them and add silk liners during cold temperatures. If my hands are still cold I’ll just have to buy another pair of mittens. On a positive side I like having the leash.

Phenomenal Quality and a Great Fit
I tried three pairs of mittens from Amazon and these were the best by far. The quality is immediately obvious. And, at least for me, the fit was perfect. I normally wear size Large gloves, and so I ordered size Large in these mittens. The other mittens I ordered were the right length, but were very tight around the hand or the wrist. And although I have not worn these in near-zero degree temperatures yet, I have great confidence that these mittens will be incredibly effective. I bought these primarily for snow blowing, because that's when I'm in the cold for over an hour and the only parts of my body that gets cold are my hands. The lining is super soft, and the insulation is goose down. Definitely worth the money.

Very Good Mitts. Size Issue
Gordini Polar II Mittens. Quality and insulation levels appear very good. Gordini gloves and mitts tend to run small. I normally take an XL but found this a little short with my fingers pushing some against the end. I returned them. Thereafter I purchased an XXL from another source for a better price. It was still a tad short but OK and am keeping them. Have not used them outdoors yet so cannot comment on waterproof aspect. One thing I do like is compared to some other mittens I have they are not overly bulky for the insulation level which makes them easier to use with straps on my hiking poles.

The perfect cold weather mitten
Plan to use for very cold arctic/antarctic trips and cycling in the winter. So far really happy with these. I am using these XL with Savior heated glove liners. Very soft leather that has a good grip. Nose wipe material is soft enough too. Will update review after more usage... but I think of the many gloves I have purchased and tested, these are the best for cold weather.

YES!
Excellent Mittens, I was using an expensive pair of gloves to shovel snow and my fingers would get cold in the single digits. The Gordini Polar mittens kept my hand and fingers toasty warm the entire time shoveling!

Sizing is small
I bought the biggest size and it was too tight
