Great
Have reynaulds syndrome and first glove I’ve had that is effective. Uses in 32 degree Fahrenheit weather and worked very good

Good features, but not as warm as I had hoped
These mittens seem to be well made and they have a lot of good features, including the "leashes" that fit around your wrists so that you can temporarily remove the mittens without setting them down somewhere or losing them. I agree with "Springer Pup" that they are not as warm as I had expected, especially after reading some reviews in advance. I did wind up using hand warmers inside the mittens when being outside for a while even on days when the temperature was above 32 degrees F. The mittens would have been improved if had they included a pocket for hand warmers.

Not durable
As others have noted, these are not the warmest mittens. They also are wearing / cracking in the palm on both hands. I bought these about a month and a half ago and have worn them maybe 2 dozen times. I'm outside hiking in the northeast, we've had a mild winter but have had a few days that were sub 20 degrees. On those days I needed to pull my thumb out to the main glove and ball up mu hand to keep it from freezing. I also needed to use hand warmers a couple of times. I use trekking poles when hiking and this seems to be causing the palms and around the thumb area to wear and crack. For the price I expected better.

Warm Mittens
I researched mittens and found that these were everyone's choice for warmth. Wearing them has proven my research to be correct. They're great. The only drawback IMO is the lack of a small pocket for inserting a hand warmer. But so far I haven't needed hand warmers, even when skiing all day with temps in the single digits and the wind blowing.

item arrived damaged
I received the mittens and there is a slice in the tip of the right one. Otherwise they seem like they are warm, but Im concerned about the quality since they came damaged.

Well crafted
I ordered size large, which was smaller, in my opinion, that a typical large size.

A pair of nice mitten.
It does the work, keeping hands warm while shoveling snow.
