Great cycling liner shorts - dense chamois and they fit well.

Gore Wear shorts and liner-shorts are two of my favorite cycling items: well-made and comfortable, great to wear under my outer-layer shorts. The rest of this review describes two issues with the Amazon listing, *not* the product! 1) There are comments about how thin these shorts are. That's because they're designed to be worn as liners under an outer short, similar to this: https://www.amazon.com/GORE-WEAR-Cycling-Underpants-Inserts/dp/B075RGQBVB/ The only clue is the "Ladies underwear" note in the description. Also, once the item is in the cart, it mentions "liner." 2) As of early February 2021 there was a mismatch in sizing: Amazon shipped one size smaller than my chosen size. I called to report this, but I don't think it's fixed yet. One way to tell is to look carefully at the item description in the cart before purchasing. When I chose Large the title said M/8-10, the small text said "Size: Large," and I received size Medium.

Great chamos but a bit see-thru

They are really well fitting and I could do a century in them, but they do suffer from lululemon syndrome of being see thru when stretched

be warned - see through panels on sides!

These are great if you are looking for shorts with sheer, see through panels on the sides. Not what I'm after, sadly, but it wasn't clear between the various Gore Wear shorts on offer. These are lovely and I would keep them but I want breathable whilst still being covered so I can wear underpants, if I choose, without them being visible.

Perfekte Fahrradhose für Drunter, aber auch heiße Tage im Sommer

Dies ist meine dritte GORE Fahrradhose und ich habe den Kauf bisher nicht bereut. Das Polster ist angenehm (nicht zu dick und nicht zu dünn) und besteht nicht aus einem Teil, sondern ist unterteilt in mehrere Segmente, was den Tragekomfort durchaus erhöht. Der Stoff ist sehr angenehm und leicht. Ich nutze die Hose aktuell im Winter auf meinem Smarttrainer und da ist die Leichtigkeit tatsächlich ein Gewinn. Bei normalen Radhosen geht man im Heimtraining regelmäßig ein bzw. hat das Gefühl die Haut bekommt keine Luft. Wie ich jetzt gerade entdeckt habe, ist es eigentlich eine Unterziehhose. Ich finde, dass man sie aber auch Skrupel draußen als normale Hose tragen kann. Gerade im Sommer könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass sie sehr angenehm ist, da die Beine eine Art Netzstoff haben. Wen nicht stört, dass man die Haut durchsieht, hat somit 2 Hosen in 1 :-) *FAZIT* Auch wenn der Preis bei GORE immer etwas höher ist, kann ich die Hose egal zu welchem Einsatzzweck nur empfehlen. Sie halten immer jahrelang und haben einfach eine sehr gute Qualität, so dass ich den höhrern Preis noch nie bereut habe (das gilt auch für meine alten Hosen, die ich jahrelang trage).

Für Hobbyradler super

Eine gute Fahrradhose. 6 Wochen täglich verwendet. Nach 4 Wochen fing der Gummizug an leicht auszuleiern. Die Nähte im Schritt haben teilweise gescheitert. Im Direktvergleich zu einem höherpreisigen Konkurrenzprodukt fühlt sich das Polster weniger hochwertig an. Bei täglicher Nutzung eher nicht zu empfehlen.
