Gorilla Super Glue Gel is an easy-to-use, thicker and more controlled formula* great for multiple surfaces and vertical applications. Developed for long-lasting repairs in an instant, the clear glue dries in 10-45 seconds. This super glue gel is specially formulated to absorb drops and impacts. Super glue, also referred to as cyanoacrylate glue, or CA glue, works on a variety of materials, including plastic**, metal, stone, ceramic, paper, rubber and more. In addition to its high-performance formula, we've added an anti-clog cap with a metal pin inside to ensure an airtight seal for maximum reusability. It's Gorilla tough, every time. *Versus liquid Gorilla Super Glue **Not recommended for use on polyethylene or polypropylene plastic or similar materials. Directions: 1) Protect Work Area From Spills 2) Clean and Dry Surfaces to Be Bonded 3) Prepare Gorilla Super Glue Gel: With cap on bottle, shake product, then turn product upside down and tap on hard surface to shake gel into bottle nozzle. 4) Apply Gorilla Super Glue Gel: Remove cap and apply a small amount of Gorilla Super Glue Gel to one surface. Only one dab per square inch recommended. Set time can vary based on the amount of glue and type of surface glued. Excess glue can cause delayed or failed bond. 5) Secure: Press the two surfaces together for about 10-45 seconds. Note that gaps and uneven surfaces may cause delayed bonding. Wait 24 hours for a full cure. Bottles are labeled by weight, not by volume, and each bottle contains the labeled weight. For high performance and reusability, the glue needs to be protected from moisture. Our bottle, which has the required thickness to keep moisture out, contains the grams of glue as labeled and is flexible enough to allow the glue to flow, making the product easy to use.

It IS strong, use care when applying, but holds great
We bought this Gorilla Super Glue Gel XL for a few small jobs around the house and so far so good. It IS a solid hold, but also requires one use care when applying. It is VERY sticky instantly and can cause issues if you do not prepare the job before using and if not properly applying the Gorilla Super Glue Gel XL to whatever you're working on. One example of our use so far: we have a suitcase we always use, but the decorative silver strip on the pull out handle was popping out. Before it broke off and caused either an injury to the hand or weakened the handle we applied the Gorilla Super Glue Gel XL to reattach it permanently. And by Permanently I mean it! This glue should hold that silver strip in place long after the rest of the suitcase is destroyed! This stuff feels tough! You can see there was some slight spill over when we push it down and held it - this was mostly cleaned off after drying. But we also had to hold it in place for the first minute or so - which the glue dries FAST the piece is set on an uneven spot with divides and we had to fill those in - so holding it in place we used a plastic bag to keep it from our hangs, pulling up a few times making sure it was not sticking to the plastic. But having used this Gorilla Super Glue Gel XL we knew to have everything set before applying the glue, apply, then hold, and be careful. In the end, it worked out find and as mentioned - it is solid, tough, and will last. We like the Gorilla Glue product brand and will use it again.

Very useful for anything that breaks
For whatever reason, the previous owner of this house used some led lights that are expensive and difficult to fix if they fall out of the ceiling. When I looked at the entire thing, I noticed that the plastic holding the three screws in, snapped. Did a very weak search online and saw that home depot sells this for 15 bucks. Well F that cause I'm not paying 15 bucks for one light. After seeing how everything attached to each other, I placed a few drops of glue on each area, applied pressure and left it alone for 30 min. I reconnected the light, shoved it into the hole and its been good for two days. In another situation where this glue came in handy, that little stopper in the bathtub was giving me some issues at my old house. I went to unscrew it and the screws were so rusted that the damn thing broke. After I was finished with what I needed to do, I took out the glue, applied where the screws broke off and then around the rim of the escutcheon, applied pressure and it problem solved. For a couple of bucks and how little of it you have to use, it really does a fantastic job.

Incredibly strong ; very useful; necessary
I wish that I had discovered this stuff sooner. It really is incredibly strong,& works on many varying items. I always thought that the commercials were exaggerating what this product can do. Very highly recommended.

Probably the best you can get
This superglue is a good form factor, sticks incredibly well, and lasts basically forever. The fact that it is gel makes things easier for sure, I use this for gluing magnets into little recesses in 3D prints, and the gel tends to stay exactly where you want it while you get the magnet ready, and you have a decent amount of working time. The down side is this stuff tends to glue the lid shut before you have used everything in the bottle. Best way to mitigate this is wiping any excess glue off the tip with a towel before closing it. All of that said, it's definitely has more longevity than those tiny tubes that are basically single use.

It works.
I needed to solder a diy table lamp but my lightbulb turned on in my head. I tried Gorilla glue instead and i was very satisfied with the results.

Takes a second to dry
There’s a few things I’ve dropped, and I finally decided to fix them. I thought the glue would dry fast, but not really. You’ll have to hold the pieces you want to hold down for a little while
