Feel confident knowing your child is sipping safely with our Green Sprouts Sprout Ware Sip & Straw Cup made from Plants. Unlike most bottles on the market, our water bottles protect you. They are made from only pure, non-petroleum materials: Sprout Ware plant plastic, food safe stainless steel, platinum cured, food-safe 100% LFGB-certified silicone, and borosilicate glass. Our Sprout Ware plant-plastic is an innovative plant-based material that replaces petroleum plastics to avoid harmful chemicals such as PVC or hormone-disrupting BPA, BPS, BPF, BFDGE, NOGE, BADGE, or melamine additives. Our soft silicone drip-free sippy spout and straw support healthy oral development, and the removable straw allows for tilted or traditional straw drinking options as your baby learns and transitions from bottles or sippy spouts. Liquids only flow when pressure is applied to the spout to help baby regulate the flow and prevent spills. Removable, easy-grip handles and a contoured design help baby grasp and hold the cup. A wide neck and removable base make this sip & straw cup easy to clean by hand for longevity, and all parts are dishwasher safe. Made with love for little ones 6 months and up and holds 6 ounces (177 ml) of liquids. Our Sprout Ware cups and bottles are designed for life: Our Sip & Straw training cup has interchangeable parts with other Green Sprouts bottle and cups, including spouts, collars, and bases, for convenience and to grow with your family for a longer product lifespan.

Mostly leakproof but a good option
We've had this cup for several months now and enjoy it for the most part. It's definitely durable. My now toddler has dropped this cup countless times (both on purpose and by accident). It has withheld a lot. I enjoy the different sippy or straw options. My son didn't quite get the sippy cup option, but he understood the straw option from the start. As he got a bit older, I took off the handles. My only call out would be that it does leak from the bottom at times, so just be aware that it's good to check that the bottom is secure. We still use this daily though and would recommend. :)

Nice sippy cup
I’m more of a crunchy mom when it comes to what my child uses so I opted out of using plastics when it came to her cups and bottles. We already use glass bottles and stainless steel water bottles so this cup is a nice one that she can hold and I like that it comes with 2 different tops so she can do a sippy cup or a straw which she likes both! The only thing I have noticed is that the travel top doesn’t stay on good so we don’t use that part and this is a cup that stays at home. Also I hand wash all my baby items and I did notice that the lid and handles did fade in color compared to the main cup.

Bought a cup like this and had to come back and buy another my son loves them. Super durable, easy to clean, light enough for my son to use and comes with a convenient.

Cracks Easily
I love that these are plant based! It’s hard to find non-toxic sippy cups that are hard and not squishy (like the silicone ones). However, the bottom part cracks and leaks fairly easily went dropped onto a hard surface, and if your toddler is anything like mine, it will be dropped!

love a safer plastic option
I was looking for a safer plastic cup as stainless steel is too heavy for my baby right now. I also wanted a cup that wasn't super easy to get all of the water out and then spit a bunch out. We use it as a straw cup for my 8 month old. We were using oxo-tot straw cups & Nuk Sippy cup, but she was able to get so much water out she would just spit it out. We don't have that trouble with this one. This is easy to clean as the bottom of the cup comes off too. Holds enough water, I will say its not leak proof. If thrown it will leak from the cap and the handle part moves around. Overall its an alright cup for now, I like the non toxic part. once we are able to move onto the heavier stainless steel cups we will though.

The vent often malfunctions causing a frustrated toddler
I love this cup except for the vent. If it’s not working properly then when the child sucks it creates a vaccuum and they can’t get any more out. Pro tip: you gotta play with the vent/manually separate it prior to first sip

Perfect for little hands | Green sprouts Sprout Ware Sip & Straw Cup
Convenient, leak-proof, and easy to use cup perfect for toddlers transitioning out of their sippies or 360s and into straw cups. It did also come with a top for sippy use, but we didn't need it. This cup is heavy, but I like that as it is also somewhat insulated and keeps drinks a little colder a little longer than our regular 360s. The one thing I will say is that when this is dropped on a toe, there are definitely a lot of tears afterwards - but it only happened once or twice until my kiddo learned not to let it happen again, so there's that. I find the cup relatively easy to clean with the exception of the straw portion, but I assume any straw cup that didn't have any leaking issues would also have a straw that would be relatively restrictive and difficult to clean. Lid stays screwed on tightly with no leaks or weak spots even when dropped or thrown. Handles are removable, so I just went without them from day one and my kiddo took to it no problem. She is 16 months, though, and age makes a difference in whether or not kids will need the sip spout or straw on this cup, and same for the handles. It's great that the cup is so versatile; I wish I'd have found this forever ago but I'm thrilled to have it now. I am so happy with this cup I ended up ordering 3 more at full price and switching my kiddo over to them completely. She took to it right away and we both are happy with the choice. Very much recommended!

The only cup our daughter will use!
We bought one in store, as a third type of cup for our LO to transition to, as a friend recommended it. She’s graduated to the straw and this is her favorite - we had to get more!

Lid falls off!
Much lighter/less parts than the original glass version but the cap does not stay on at all! Serious design flaw
