Perfect for ethernet
I have used a grip recommended for coax cable in the past, which generally requires taping over it to be secure when using ethernet. This one fits ethernet perfectly. Although tape may still be helpful to keep it from snagging if you need to pull it backwards, I often use none. The quick-clip on mine seems a little flimsier than what is currently pictured here, though I haven't had any problems with mine. This device may seem a bit fancy to the average homeowner (you can always just use tape, right?), but if you have more than a couple lines to pull, it's a little money well-spent.

Keeps a vice-like grip on cable pulls
I used this grip to pull shielded Cat6e (and polyster cord) aroud corners and up a floor behind drywall. This grip would be a pretty comfortable fit for Cat6e alone, but is a very tight fit when the cable is bound to polyester cord with electrical tape. If I were to do this again, I would probably go with one size larger. I cannot comment on the quick change feature because I didn’t use it. Instead, I just used the swivel to attach it to steel fish tape.

Broken on Arrival
Product came sealed in the package broken and missing the piece that broke off. The end should have a eyelet allowing you to attach the hook to. It's not there which makes this worthless. Poor quality control. Just to see how well it holds a cable, I tried attaching the sock part to a cat5e shielded cable which is about 6mm and it just slips off with minimal effort. Clearly would not have pulled the cable even if it was not broken.

Perfect for pulling RIser Rated Cat 6 Ethernet
I'm running Riser Rated Cat 6 throughout my upstairs. One of my walls where jacks are going is an exterior wall. Therefore, it's insulated. This insulation presented me an unsolvable situation until I learned about the existence of tools like this one. This size is perfect for Riser Rated Cat 6. Only one cable fits at a time, and that one cable fills it fully, causing the mesh to grip very well. I pulled cable up the wall, through insulation, successfully several times with ease. This thing is great. Saved me from having to cut drywall and having to go through all the effort and inconvenience associated with doing that.

Must have for any electrician
It's hard to break a wire pull, but i broke my klein. this one has proven more sturdy.

Worked great!!
These are exhalent in getting more wires through a difficult conduit. I installed a flexible 1.5 inch conduit between the component compartment and the TV mount during construction of the wall unit, not knowing what I would need to get the system running. Worked great getting the last fiber line through.

I would highly recommend this product!!!
This tool is well made! It surpassed the advertised pull limits of 100 lbs by 150 lbs... It pulled 200' of double cables that took all of 250 lbs of pulling force... without failing ( breaking ).... this will not let you down!!

Very useful
I purchased this originally hoping it would help with pulling some ancient rubber + cloth insulated wiring from conduit, but no luck with that. However, I have used it for pulling bundles of 12ga THHN through conduit, and it is very handy. One just has to ensure you open the mesh up enough to get as much of the wire as possible into the grip.
