Wow Amazing Bakeware

I am simply blown away! There’s so many things I really like about this baking pan. Mostly it is one piece - solid construction, no edges to trap food or water when cleaning, big handles, and the surface is incredibly smooth. Super nonstick! It performed perfectly in the oven, heated super quickly. I had very even browning results with my granola. What was more surprising was how easy it was to clean. Everything slid right off, my old baking sheets are stained and never come clean, this looks brand new after three completely different uses. So far I’ve made granola, glazed salmon, and roasted asparagus. Normally, my glaze makes a sticky mess and stains my pan. This literally wiped clean and looks new. This is super impressive. Bakeware, I am buying more pieces in the collection. It’s also ceramic and no bad chemicals. I only buy ceramic nonstick now.

Amazing Quality!

I have never felt bakeware that is so thick and sturdy, the pictures don't do it justice! They don't warp in the oven even at 450. And, I love that there are no toxic chemicals used to make them. They are very nonstick and makes baking all our favorites so much easier! I bought a different brand to test them out at the same time and look how dirty it is already! These ones have stayed so clean.

Sturdy and super nonstick

I have been using the square pan so many times, it's so versatile and perfect for smaller meals, sides like tomatoes in the oven, smaller lasagna etc. I love that the construction is so sturdy and it doesn't warp. It's super easy to clean inside and out because of the nonstick. Would definitely recommend. I feel this is a piece that will stay in my kitchen forever. Started cooking in the oven much more often because of it.

Doesn’t need any scrubbing!

I used my baking square to toast carrots with parm cheese and wow they slid right out! The heating across the pan was so easy and the best part it wiped clean. Can it go in the dishwasher yes, but it doesn’t need to. If I could give this 6 stars I would. The lid for steaming and storage such a bonus

bakes evenly, doesnt warp, so easy to clean!

I have been using cheap and old ovenware forever and am so happy with my new cookware, i swear my cookies taste better, it doesn't warp after it cools down, and it's so easy to clean, no scrubbing or soaking. Definitely buying more!

Very nice non-stick surface pan

I got the 8x8 size and used it for the first time today. I made a batch of brownies in it and they turned out perfectly. I followed the instructions on the brownie mix box regarding baking time for an 8x8 pan. This pan is ceramic and the material is really lovely. It feels very nice and smooth and is a little heavier than a tin pan (but not too heavy). It conducts heat very well. The instructions that came with it say to lightly grease the pan with butter - no need to coat it with flour, too, when baking in it - just butter. So I greased the pan with a little butter for my brownies. You also are not supposed to cut the food right in the pan. So after the brownies baked and cooled, I simply took a plastic spatula (do not use metal) and lightly went around the edges of the pan to make sure the brownies were loose. I had a cutting board ready to place the brownie on (still in one piece) so that I could cut it into squares on the cutting board. The brownies slid right out! No coaxing needed. Judging by the way the brownies turned out, I look forward to doing more baking in this 8x8 pan. I am also looking forward to cooking some savory dishes in it, like baked mac and cheese, stuffed peppers, and other side dish recipes. The pan also comes with a lid but I have not tried the lid yet. The instructions say that the pan is dishwasher safe, but the manufacturer recommends hand washing for longer lasting results. Clean up will be really easy, though, as nothing seems to stick to this pan! So washing it by hand will be no problem. I think you will like this pan if you buy it.

Lightweight and versatile

I barely believed the box contained anything, this is so light! The ceramic coating is amazing; nonstick and easy to clean. It is on the smaller side of 8"; I have trouble believing it is even that size. I have no idea why I might use the lid to bake but I think it's very cool that it's a small rimmed baking sheet. I fully intend this to be my new brownie pan; nice, thick brownies and a lid just in case they aren't all eaten right away.

Super non-stick, sturdy, and looks great but read the instructions carefully!

Read the instructions thoroughly and with attention to the details. You can't use cooking sprays or virgin olive oil and while noted as dishwasher safe hand washing is recommended. The limitation of not being able to section (cut) inside of the pan, even with plastic utensils, and the ban on using Olive Oil negates a fair number of dishes that I would prepare in the oven using a pan like this. Roasted vegetables (we use olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, & herbs) and Lasagna are two that immediately come to mind. It's designed for baking cakes, brownies, and other similar dishes and this is where it shines.
