Great covered grill pan

Perfect pan to grill in the house! The cover lets you see the food, and reduces the splatter by 90%.

A dream to cook with and a dream to clean

We have used it allot (2 months) and nothing sticks to it and the clean up is easy. It does not heat evenly on low to medium heat as well as I like, however, it does an adequate job. I have not put the pan in the dish washer as it take the same amount of time to put in as it would to clean it. I have used it as a Dutch oven with no problems. The handle does not get hot and the lid handle is not to bad either. The tall sides are nice to have for one skillet dinners.

Too Small For A Sauté Pan

After one use and handwashing the bottom was totally scratched up

I like GreenPans and have several of them. Usually takes a while for the inside to deteriorate and the outside coating is supposed to be scratch resistant, however I've had the same thing happen with the outside of their fry pans. I've had this brand new roaster pan for two days, and after the first use and careful handwashing, this is what the bottom of the pan's 'scratch-resistant' coating looks like! I'm exchanging for a new one, but am dubious it will be any different, given the same issue with the fry pans. It is impossible to put a heavy roast into the oven and take it out without some movement against the oven racks. Or perhaps this happened while moving around in my sink to handwash it? Either way - after only one use, this is ridiculous. How do they expect you to use their products with normal wear and tear in the oven on oven racks or - with the frypans - on a metal burner on the stove - without moving it around a bit??! For the money you're paying, they need to up their game on these coatings!

GreenPan for the win!

I have been using the GreenPan Padova Reserve 10 piece set for about 6 months and these pieces are a complete game changer. I ordered this larger sauté pan because the 2.8 quart size included in the set wasn’t quite big enough for my family of 6. This one is the perfect size, and is wonderful as expected! I used to cringe when I thought about cooking eggs (and just about everything else!) because cleaning the pans was such a nightmare…but not anymore. This is how cooking and cleaning should be! After 6 months of use I haven’t had any issues with foods sticking, and all of my pieces still look brand new. I can’t recommend these products enough!

I can’t think of anything I dislike about this pan. Read the instructions that come with it and you should be more than pleased. I would buy more of this product
