Not true

The wafflw iron DOES NOT HAVE REMOVABLE PLATES!! It does work well, but I bought it for the REMOVABLE plates and it's too late to return.

Weird smell imparted to food

The waffle iron has a weird odor when it heats up reminiscent of wet cement, which is imparted to the waffles. I don't know what that component is, but zero of my other pots and pans do this, so I don't trust this "ceramic" coating and won't be using it.

Excelente calidad

Me gusto que la wafflera tiene diferentes opciones de cocción y es muy fácil de usar. No tuve problemas con el producto. La uso casi diario, los waffles no se pegan a la plancha, quedan muy bien! Es fácil de limpiar. Me encanto!
