Wrong spool for the Greenworks string trimmer I purchased

This replacement spool was featured on the same page with the Greenworks string trimmer I purchased at the same time, so I assumed it was the correct one. But this spool is not for bump-feed. It is just a double-string spool intended for automatic feed trimmers. Returning for gift card.

Does not fit 21142 received 3 Mar 2020

As mentioned back in a 2016 review, the extra spool shown as frequently purchased with 21142 trimmer, #29622 does not fit 21142. The one received has an integral raised bump knob. The 29622 can't work with 21142. Greenworks shows the correct spool as #31108836 on page 20 of their manual but Amazon and Google searches do not find a seller for those. A problem. Notified, Amazon immediately issued a credit, but changed the reason to "Not satisfactory" when I had stated, "Inaccurate description."

Bought extra line holder for my new weed eater. If run our of line during weed eating you have another ready to go when line runs out.

Looks like a good quality spool.

Does not fit my Greenworks 40volt 14" trimmer. I can't find one that will fit.

THIS RECOMMENDED PART DOES NOT WORK WITH GREENWORKS CORDED TRIMMER

I give this ZERO stars, which isn't an option. This is the wrong part for Greenworks corded 10A string trimmer, so don't waste your money. Greenworks support verified that this part doesn't work (too big around, too thin, doesn't fit at all). And they say that they have no control over what Amazon, a third party seller, recommends. The proper spool is yellowish beige, not black, and it is thicker and set up differently.

Not the right spool for #21362 string trimmer

Warning - The Amazon web page for the 40v string trimmer, Model 21362, lists this spool in the accessories. However, this does NOT fit the trimmer head on this particular string trimmer. Amazon was good about the return.
