Works Great
Greenworks 3000 psi pressure washer works great. Pressure washed my large pool patio, took about 3 hours using a 14 inch surface cleaner. Ran without any problems. Next day did my large driveway, took about 4 hours, again ran without any problems. Plenty of power to clean just about anything. Good thing is that you do not have to worry about gas going bad, especially when only using it only once or twice a year.

Stellar Customer Service!
I’m posting this review based on my recent experience with Greenworks Customer Service. I’m usually hesitant to post a review without experiencing product support. When my unit suffered a defect while under the three year warranty that could have become a shipping nightmare, they simply took care of the issue by going the extra mile. I don’t want to betray the spirit of the service they performed to rectify my situation, but what they did was gracious and unexpected. I have 100% confidence that Greenworks is committed to stand behind their products.

Overall great pressure washer - as far as I know
If anyone reading this review mine has not done their due diligence in reading/watching reviews on it, I highly encourage that you do. This is by and large why I chose to buy this pressure washer over others. I don't plan to use this washer to do any commercial-esque work on autos or other houses. I wanted a strong pressure washer to clean my concrete surfaces and my fencing...typical household work. There are some great reviewers out there that measure actual PSI and even amperage used... I am not 1 of those. But I was excited to get this in. And IF you watch any review videos, you will hopefully notice that many of them note that the plastic wand holder isn't substantial enough to effectively grip and hold the wand when not in use. That is absolutely correct, it just sucks. In my case, I used some spare Velcro product to try and hold it in place... it isn't doing the job just yet but that's my fault... I need to spend more time on that fix. But as far as how the washer works, so far it seems to be handling my chores well. Last evening used this in conjunction with a surface washer attachment to clean my driveway and it was fine. I don't care about noise levels (some reviews even mention that), but the noise coming from this washer is not offensive in any way. It's said that this is the "most powerful" residential washer available on the market...well maybe it is, maybe it's not. But I like it so far.

High power electric pressure washer
This pressure washer gets plugged into a standard electric outlet and attached to my water supply and it's good to go. It comes with 4 tips that are stored near the handle. It also has a heavy duty hose and a tank for car soap. I did have one issue where the hose somehow became damaged after the first use. It may have come like that but I didn't notice until I was putting it all away. They helped in replacing it no problem. I've used it multiple times since then to clean my vehicles, facia on the garage and random outdoor surfaces with no issue. This gives much more pressure than the smaller electric standalone units I've used.

Gun holder needs to improve
The gun holder seems to be a decoration. Because it can not hold the gun actually，since the high-pressurer hose is too hard （firm). This situation reduce the use convenience on the contrary.

Some issues...time will tell.
I appreciated the device simplicity and ease of use during the first couple of uses. This is the fourth time I have used it since I purchased it in October 2022. The device powers off a few minutes in to use. The manual has limited troubleshooting information, none of which applies to problem. I have a call in to Greenworks and am awaiting call back due to call volume and wait time. Pricey purchase for this trouble and headache. At this point, I don't recommend. Addendum: Call back received from customer support. Performed troubleshooting over the phone which included running water through system for 5 minutes with it off. System seems to be working fine since performing this step. Pleased w/customer support received. Just had to be patient for return call.

Tons of power for an electric pressure washer!
This pressure washer performs just as well as any gas powered washer I have had, without the hassle of having to keep gas and oil on hand. I've been using it a lot more often too because all I have to do is wheel it out and hook up a water hose and it's ready to go. I would have given it 5 stars if it would have automatically gone into an idle mode when the trigger is released (i.e. when washing your car or windows by hand before you rinse). Also, it would be nice if it had different power levels such as low, med and high, but all in all I'm extremely happy with it.
