Awful Shipping

The item was shipped to me in two days as prime shipping. The product was as expected but did not fit me well. I initiated a return and sent the product back using the UPS label. Amazon then reached out to me saying they did not receive the right item. They got it mixed up with another return of mine and thought I sent the wrong item back! Absolutely ridiculous. When I responded back to the email to reach an account specialist, I only received generic automated responses. Wish there was more support to correct these issues. Disappointed prime member.
