No straps

Just arrived. But mine arrived without the straps so I'm very disappointed. I did not see in the description that 12-3 does not have straps as it shows in the image that it has straps. My daughter loves them but wish they had the straps as advertised. Haven't decided if I'm returning it yet.

Not as advertised in any size

Please stop advertising this with a strap in the back. It does NOT have a strap in the back. I have tried to exchange 3 times. Once even in a lower size range and none of them have straps. They are just an expensive slide.
