This will probably work fine if and when I find a mandrel that it fits. Just note that the 1/8" center hole is to large for the normal Dremel mandrel. I also have a mandrel with a larger mount the I have for some third party cut-off wheels but the hole is too small to fit that one. I also noticed just now what looks like the same product already mounted on a mandrel for slightly less money that I paid for the blade alone. So whether you have a mandrel to fit it or not, it makes no sense to buy the blade separately rather than this one...Gyros 82-11015 Saw Blade w/Mandrel Set

This blade delivers as promised by GYRO..I actually have 3 of this particular blade,alone,with 1 arbored for action..I use it for quick cuts thru soft or hard wood when I don't have to be accurate..Ex:I need an infinite number of 1/4" flat-head wooden buttons for a project..The BIG-BLUE box store didn't carry that size,so I purchased 6 48"x 1/4" wooden rods,and w/o measuring out the actual lengths needed,cut sections off the rod with my dremel and this blade..within 5 minutes,I had converted all 6 rods into 100s of roughly 3/4" dowels which I tapped into place and,using my Bosch Multi-X,sheared off the excess..While I have other finer cutting blades for more precise work,this is my go-to blade for those quick jobs!

Luv' them

Replaced by this brand, as my old brand no longer makes this style of unit. After use, I really like them, their longer in their shank than my old brand 'well known' name. I like the interchangeable head, where you just replace the saw blade and not the whole unit, much like my old 'well known' brand.

I purchased this to cut an inner 2"pipe, haven't used it yet but it was recommended, we'll see, I will post an update.

A pricey fix for my need.

The blade I have been using, at 2-inches, is too big for me to use in my hobby work so I decided to go with a smaller blade from a respected source. It has not received a lot of use yet, but it appears to be of good quality, balanced and stable. The price is a big step up from the 3/4" blade I purchased at the same time and only its performance and durability will tell if it was worth the price.

Pricey but they are the only blades that actually produce quality cuts, i wasted money on the cheap chinese ones first and still had to come back to buy the real thing.

Excellent cutting blade

Really sharp, and just thick enough to not warp while cutting through various woods about 80 thousandths thick (ebony, Purple Heart, maple, etc) I had their thinner version and it was sharp but was binding up in the cut too much due to lack of thickness for those purpose.
