The Halo LT4 combines the energy savings, long life and sustainability of LED in an easy to install retrofit baffle trim kit. Friction blades hold the trim tight to ceiling; use in new construction, remodeler and retrofit installation in Halo and other compatible 4 in. recessed housings. The diffuse lens provides shielding to the source and wet location listing; suitable for use in showers or in outdoor covered ceiling applications. Also conforms with NFPA requirements for closet use. Integral driver provides 120-Volt phase cut dimming, an inline connector provides power using a medium base socket adapter provided or connect directly to the mating connector in the LED housings. Ships with a gasket and makes any housing airtight for added energy savings and code compliance.

Designed for continuous dimming capability to nominally 5% with many 120-Volt leading edge (LE) and trailing edge (TE) phase control dimmers. Its ok, but just to bright, wanted a light that was 25-40 (old school incandescent style)

Ok, I was looking for a 25 or so watt light that I wouldn't have to dim.. well this isnt that one, it's almost impossible to do all the research and find anything that is a mello dim light, i dont always need an area lite bright, sometimes it's an ambiance thing, not a light thing.. wish the manufacturers would realize this

Bought a LOT of these....

Bought a lot of these for a new house and had no issues with any other them. Easy to install and a nice price. Clean, minimal styling and do NOT look cheap.

Light works fine but the short cable makes installation tricky

It works, but I didn't need the screw-base adapter, so I was just connecting straight to the cable that is hidden in the description picture. Unfortunately, this cable was very, very short such that it was difficult to install. I had to invoke help from someone with smaller hands. I don't recommend this unless you are going to use the screw base adapter.

great bulbs. We are using Halo to replace a more expensive brand that failed after 6 months. Our electrician installed these in his own house and told us they are reliable. So far so good

Really good looking hi-hats!

These lights are great! I currently have Cooper Electric branded hi-hats which get the job done, but these are much better looking! The concentric circle design really gives them a whole new level of elegance.

Plastic trim

Well I thought I would spend the money on Halo but I have to say disappointed that the trim is plastic!. I bought this to replace the Cree lights I currently have and as couldn’t find replacements. I always considered Halo as top company but my Cree Lights are nicer ( and slimmer with the trim being made of metal not plastic ) Sent the halo back

Retrofit pot lights for the shower

I used these to retrofit old style of pot lights in our shower. It is a yellow light, not overly bright. But we have 3 of these in the shower so I didn't want anything too bright. Worked out perfectly, and were easy to install.
