Smart concept great product

I purchased this to try to help my almost 3 year old with their speech delay. While he doesn’t fully understand what to do with it I feel it does offer some help to him in seeing what to do with his mouth to make the sounds while being able to watch what his mouth is doing in the mirror. Mostly he’s just interested in the pictures of words on each page that make the letter sounds, but it’s something.

Nice tool

Perfect compact size for practice with the five minute kiddos in the hall. What kid doesn’t like to look in a mirror? They see the pictures and enjoy emulating the target sound it in the mirror. PreK - second.

Great but confusing

It’s great but I wish it had the entire alphabet in order and then the blends at the end. Instead students or myself need to look through it just to follow along

Great for speech and letter sound recognition

I really like this and it is a wonderful idea especially as we start to teach my kindergartner the sounds letters make. My son understands it by looking at the way the picture shows the mouth and looking at the pictures on the right to find out how they would normally sound. The only problem is some of the consonants are missing. In my set the letters c q and x are all missing. If someone can reach out and let me know if there is a way to remedy this that would make the kit perfect!

We use this to review speech work at home

For my child that goes to speech, this has been a great help at reinforcing the lessons learned and to practice letter sounds. We use it throughout the week and have seen great improvement especially with ‘R’ sound.

Love this mirror and sound picture combo

This is a great little side product for travel SLP’s. I keep it in my bag and pull out to reinforce where to put lips and tongue when producing a sound !
