Works very well

Bought this for my younger brother who struggles with his emotions. He uses it to help him calm down. He loves watching the light as he breaths in and out. He uses the soft exterior by squeezing it when he is angry.

Great for regulation or getting to sleep

I work with foster children! It’s great for all ages. My 11 year old uses it to help regulate. She takes deep breaths when light changes. My 7 year likes it for going to sleep. Will watch different colors and helps her in getting to sleep. My 4 year old uses it as night light. I bought 4 of them

Must be plugged in

I was expecting this to charge and be able to be used without being plugged in. It would have been great for it to be independent of the power source so that my daughter could take into different spaces.

Teach mindfulness young

This is such a great idea for children to have. This pup helps children at a young age manage their feelings and get to know their body through breathing. My 2 year old loves to breathe along with this pup (he can’t hold his breath for the length of the light) and my 4 year old also loves to breathe along with it too. Being that this is an animal with a light they think it is a fun “toy” for them. Such a wonderful product!

Pure Junk

The item is cheaply made and only worked for a few minutes at a time before going dead and needing to recharge. A few weeks later, and it now won’t hold a charge at all. Save your money, and DO NOT BUY.

Does not stay on for selected time

This is cute, light is bright enough to use with lights on in the classroom, but it doesn’t work as stated. It only runs for 5-8 breaths on any time selection in the breathing mode before it turns off and that makes it useless for what I purchased it for.

Bought for my 9y/o daughter for her bedtime anxiety. Works great! It’s a too bright for her to use as a night but the breathing lights are awesome!!! Has helped a lot at bedtime and anytime she needs to be reminded to breath and calm herself. Love this cute pup.
