Great for multiple learning strategies
The students love them.

Kind of basic, but can be used many different ways.
I ordered this because I thought it would be a great tool for working on math with my 4 year old. At first I thought it was a math based game, but it’s not. I think as a visual aid it’s good to have, so she can work on addition. She played with a couple of the cards, sorting based on shapes and colors, but she got bored pretty quickly. Once she starts really working on addition and subtraction I think these will be great to use.

Fun and educational
My toddler is learning to count and he loves turtles so this was the perfect thing for him. I know once he's older he will get even more out of it

Fun and Educational
I recently played with my granddaughters ages 3 and 2 and they found this really fun. I took the smallest turtles out because I wasn't sure the 2 year couldn't fit them in her mouth. As they get older, I will add them back to the set. We talked about colors, and design textures and made little houses for them with cards that were included. We made a "turtle train" and mixed them all up and sorted them by color. I used to be a Montessori aide and this set is very much in alignment with Montessori teaching and self-directed learning. I wish there was slightly more differentiation between the largest and medium sized turtles but when you put them side by side you can tell the difference. There are so many creative things to do with this set I look forward to seeing what they come up with. I told them this summer we can take them swimming (pool) and to the beach (sand box).

Great quality
I love this game it helps daughters with not only colors but shapes and math. It comes with cards for matching and counting and also explains about the types of turtles they are. Perfect for your little one or any age

Great learning tool
My 3&4 year old toddler love these, It comes with a little booklet with instructions, I just wish it came with a storage bag, we did use a gallon zip back to store it and it fits. It's colorful and lots of ways to use it and learn.

Great Learning Activity Set, Might Have to Keep ADHD Kids on Track
This is a great activity set for helping your young ones learn about sizes, shapes, colors, and even textures before learning more kindergarten level skills like adding/subtracting and greater/less than. The turtles themselves are actually pretty nice, definitely a softer plastic with some give to the limbs, they have an almost eraser feel to them but less brittle than your average eraser would be. There is a nice variety of activities so brining this out feels a lot less repetitive than a learning activity set could be. The activities themselves range from matching shapes on the belly of the turtles to shapes on the cards, the color of the turtles to colored items on the cards, the textures of the shells to similar textures shown on the cards (your 3 year old might have a little trouble with this one), comparing the sizes of the turtles, and whether one section of the card has more or less turtles than another or used to add or subtract turtles from one section to another (again your 3 year old might find this difficult). Some of the more complex activities allows this to grow with your child and keep them engaged into kindergarten or first grade (depending). In fact the only real negative I have for this is my kids kept wanting to run off and just play with the turtles and the cards like regular toys.
