WHATEVER SIZE YOU TAKE, GO AT LEAST 2 SIZES BIGGER. I AM A MEDIUM, WHEN I RECEIVED MY SHIRTS THEY FIT SMALL, EVEN HOUGH THEY WERE MARKED LARGE, AFTER WASHING THEY WERE WAY TOO TIGHT, DOWNSIZED TO A VERY TIGHT MEDIUM. YOU WILL THANK ME FOR THIS HONEST INFO. SO IF YOU'RE NORMALLY A MED, ORDER THIS SHIRT IN X-LARGE.
