OK hear me out
This is a Really good item for a different purpose than the intended use. I bought an old house with Sheetrock that had sagged due to movement and being supported by nails. Sagging can be very hard to spot and if the house sifts, can get worse. The thought was to use this washer and a drywall screw to pull the old Sheetrock back up to the ceiling joists and hold it more securely than a screw alone. This system WORKED! I was able to pull the ceiling up as much as 1/4 inch in some places. this made repair work easier to float out. The only thing that you may need to do is take a hammer and hit the washer flat once it pulls up the ceiling as it can flex and not be flush when compressing in to the Sheetrock. This saved me replacing a LOT of Sheetrock.

Yes! Just what I was needing
I needed these buttons to fasten metal lath to a wall for my stone veneer. Couldn't find them locally but Amazon to the rescue! Needed two boxes and the price was very reasonable.

Hold that plaster ceiling up
really nothing to like or dislike about these. They work and are not plastic.
