Worth every cent

These pants are warm when they need to be but not hot when the weather warms up! OUTSTANDING

The calf area is snug

The legs, mostly the lower leg/calf area is snugger than I had expected. I was expecting a slightly more relaxed fit. I think they will be good for layering underneath things come winter. I bought an XS when I usually wear a S or XS. For these I would suggest going up a size if you’re between sizes. Despite being a little snug, they are still very comfy and they are VERY soft!

Too short

I didn’t care much for the waste band. It felt like the stitching would tear a hole where the waste band met the fleece. It also felt uncomfortable around my waste, I like a higher wasted pant which these are not. Overall the fabric is very warm and soft, however I returned them because of the length and waste. I like to have my ankles covered well with my layering system and I felt that these were high waters on me. I’m 5’ 7” and I ordered a medium.

Good quality too thick to wear under most pants

I may edit this when I wear them in the snow* so these are super thick fleece. They're be hard to wear under most stuff except maybe snow pants just because of how thick they are. They look alright but not great in their own imo. I will probably use them to go sledding or take the dog out in the morning. I was kinda hoping for something that I could wear under more stuff but these seem really warm and high quality so I'll still get good use out of them. The fit was perfect for me.

Comfortable - Warm - Pockets

These particular pants were recommended for a trip to Antarctica. I purchased and wore them In Antarctica while on the shore trips over long johns and that was all I needed for warmth. It was in the low 30ies when I was there with no wind so they were sufficient. I love these fleece pants which I wear on cold days for a long walk. The calves are a bit small but fit Ok, maybe they are meant to put inside boots. They also work well in the snow as a layering piece. Love them and just purchased another pair. Very comfortable!

Love the Polartec fleece

I have the jacket and the pants. Super lightweight, soft and warm. Not the sleekest looking but I use them to lounge around the house in the winter so I don't care.

Warm and comfy

Used under Gortex pants on sleds all day in Alaska then lounged around the house with them. New favorite!

A good purchase if you are very slender.

Lovely fabric. Very lightweight, and therefore suitable for those who are backpacking. Warm. Expensive. Definitely my size, but cut so close that they bordered on the uncomfortable and were certainly restrictive. I don't like it when the requirements of 'outdoor' clothing are compromised to meet the dictates of fashion. I'm returning them.
