You have to hold the button in

This thing is a joke, you can't work out a cramp while you've got to hold the button in the whole time. And it's not easy to push, it takes a good firm grip to get it to work. Returning this.

It came dirty. Repackaged and the remove after purchase tab was already ripped off. Doesn't work either. Another win for Amazon.
