Wonderful Massager

This was purchased for my wife, as we both have a myriad of physical issues due to Military service. That being said, this massager is quite a blessing for our ailments. The ability of using the “handles” makes the massager able to massage just about anywhere on your body. Along with heat, and the variable levels of massage allows for really good massaging any spot that needs to be worked on. Great product that was very well described on the website. Our only negative issue was that the box it was shipped in, was mangled quite badly. As we could not determine if the USPS or Amazon was responsible for the damage, we decided to at least unpack the massager, and determine if the actual product was damaged or inoperable. As evidenced by our review, the massager was not damaged in any way, and has functioned as advertised. I would like to have had it have a longer cord, as an extension cord was required in order to use the massager on our bed. We definitely would (and probably will) purchase this again.

Once you make it work for you, this gizmo is great

Took me a couple of times adjusting the way I held my arms to figure out how to position the rolling metal balls on my neck or back. This allows you to have the exact amount of pressure and push in each spot. I really like it and find it helps me figure out how my neck is “supposed” yo feel- Ie- not tensed up all the time. Probably will use it a couple of time a day, I’m addition to stretching and exercise.

Terrible On/Off Switchs/Buttons

This device is overall pretty good, and has comparable strength to the Brookstone neck massager I got 10 years ago that finally had the mesh cloth wear thru. I like that it has a normal plug end and not a wall-wart, though that probably prevents it from working off of 12v car lighter adapter like some neck massagers have. I do like the ability to slow the speed down which my original massager didnt have. But the buttons! They are terrible. Tiniest little dome clickers like on the cheapest remotes for gadgets. Not at all what I would expect from homedics and on a 80+$ device.

Inconsistent auto off, high-pitch buzzing. Over all good.

I LOVE this. Mom of a rowdy toddler and recovering from rotator cuff reconstruction, and these traps, I tell ya. This little machine has really helped release tension and improve my range of motion as a result. I do wish it was easier to get a downward angle for massage. Pros: heat, 3 speeds, and reverse. Soft sling-style handles. Cons: short cord - I think 6’ but I still have to use an extension cord to sit on the furniture and use it without issue. The sling handles are shorter than on other models I’ve used, wish they had a secondary/longer sling. The auto off feature is inconsistent time-wise, sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes 20…annoying but turns right back on so minor inconvenience. My unit has a high pitched buzz/chirp coming from one side when the unit is off but plugged in - I just unplug it each time. I probably should have exchanged it but honestly it’s too wonderful of a machine overall. I couldn’t live another day without it. 10/10 would purchase again despite my complaints!

Just what I needed

I have chronic neck and shoulder pain from working at a computer all day and this massager has been really helpful. It’s easy to use, and by moving your hands slightly you can change the position of the rollers and cover more area. I even use it for my back like a message pillow and it works well. The only thing that could be better is the heater. It takes a while for it to warm up and even then I wish it would be warmer.

Pretty Good

I've used an older version of this and it had better spinners with two extra just for your neck. This one is OK but the other one was way better. It slows down if you put some pressure on the rotating balls.

Impresionante! El único aparato masajeadof que haya probado que en realidad es delicioso! Casi como un masaje de masajista! He tenido otros, inclusive asientito y todo y no se le compara. Es una verdadera delicia! Con sus tiras a los lados puedes bajarlo o subirlo por tu espalda o inclusive ponertelo en las piernas o algo...no solo en hombros. Facsinada con mi compra! Ya lo usa toda mi familia.

Tengo problemas de cuello y me provoca migraña y este masajeado me ayudó! Después de darme masaje en el cuello lo siento súper liviano y se me han quitado los dolores. También en la espalda da un gran masaje. Solo recuerda que es masaje shiatsu entonces es un poco rudo, no es de esos masajes que en realidad solo te soban

No más estrés

Tiene muy buena presión y calor, solo es un poco ruidoso y al tenerlo cerca del oído molesta un poco la relajación, pero como producto es buenísimo!
